Heritage of the Heartland

"Leadership is a shared endeavor.
No one person can do it alone."

In 2004 a group of citizens, the Griswold Community Builders, dedicated themselves to the betterment of our
community by attending a series of Leadership Workshops presented by the
Iowa State University Extension to Communities.

One of the most exciting projects to come from this training was our push for Ag Tourism
as well as the renovation of the Cass County Museum.

Tours may be scheduled by contacting any one of the
museums or sending an e-mail to the Chamber.

Camping facilities are available at the Cocklin Fish Farm
and the Creighton Retreat Center offers lodging in a
beautiful area west of Griswold.
